The IBD design process

1. Client meeting and project objectives discussed and documented.
2. Site inspection, site analysis and property searches (eg. council overlays, flood issues, acoustic requirements etc)
3. Concept plans issued and client meeting arranged for review and discussion.
4. Preliminary/DA plans issued and client meeting arranged for review and discussion. These plans can be used for tender, DA submission and selections.
5. Working drawings completed and issued for council approval (We can engage third party consultants eg. Engineers, landscape architects, hydraulic & acoustic consultants etc)
6. Construction issue plans completed and issued.
